Halasana
Plow

I have always considered the ability to plow forward despite the cautions of the less powerful to be a very admirable quality in a leader. That's why I practice Halasana. To begin, start by lying down. Inhale the legs up, and support your lower back with your hands. Let your feet fall behind your head. I've heard that some people may consider me to be headstrong, but let me tell you, I am not nearly as headstrong as I would like to be. Some of my more moderate advisors tell me that I should perhaps reconsider this. After a littel Halasana, though, I realize the truth. They are wrong.

Tips: When your toes are on the floor, lift the top of your thighs and tailbone towards the ceiling and draw your inner groins deep into the pelvis. Continue to draw your chin away from your sternum and soften your throat. Use a blanket or a wedge to help you and make sure not to flatten your neck while lifting up the tailbone.
