Hello ladies! Yes, I know that I'm lookin' pretty good in this pose. Heh, heh. To begin, start in Tadasana and lift one leg with the knee bent. Grab it with your hand and pretend like you're doing a slow-motion karate kick to the head of an anonymous evildoer. Haiiii-yah! Sometimes I even fly real ones in from Guantanamo so I can practice. Slow-motion, but still fun.

Tips: This pose improves balance and coordination while opening the hips and stretching the legs. You can use a strap looped around your foot if you can't reach it with your hand.
